Floor Vent Not Blowing Enough Air Ram 1500

Is it just me or do the 2017 dodge rams not blow hard out of the vents. The vents still do not have a lot of air flow coming out of them. I had a mechanic look.

Floor vent not blowing enough air ram 1500.
